“Brave the Spider Cave” is a premier dark ride attraction located at the Huai’an Journey to the West Theme Park in Jiangsu Province – the world’s first comprehensive theme park dedicated to the classic Chinese epic, Journey to the West. Guests embark on a thrilling adventure aboard multi – axis motion vehicles, following the Monkey King, Sun Wukong, deep into the Spider Queen’s lair. Through a flawless integration of physical sets, animatronics, and virtual media, the ride recreates the treacherous trials faced by the Tang Monk and his disciples as they battle spider and centipede demons along their pilgrimage, delivering a high – intensity, cinematic experience.

We were honored to handle the comprehensive audio production for this project, which encompassed custom sound effects design, multi – channel spatial audio layout, studio recording, final theatrical mixing, and on – site acoustic tuning and calibration.
