“Iron Knight” developed independently by Tencent’s Aurora Studio, is a 3D melee warfare MMORPG launched in 2015, offering large – scale team battles set against authentic historical backgrounds. The game reconstructs the grandeur and hardcore combat dynamics of ancient warfare through its proprietary TNT Engine, rendering high – fidelity battlefields that support 100 – player real – time engagements. By integrating realistic combat mechanics with Eastern war aesthetics, the project united developers from around the world to craft a hardcore action MMORPG balancing historical authenticity with competitive depth.

In 2015, Iron Knight received two prestigious awards at the 7th China Game Developers Award (CGDA): Best Game Concept Art Design and Best Game 3D Art Design. The judging panel praised its concept art for blending international stylistic sensibilities with historical authenticity, while its 3D art was recognized for successfully building an immersive ancient warfare atmosphere – fully affirming the industry’s recognition of its artistic excellence.
