“Legend of Heros” developed by Tencent Games, is an innovative hybrid RPG and strategy card game launched in 2013, drawing inspiration from the social deduction classic Hero Slay. Set in a historical time – travel universe, the game assembles legendary Chinese historical figures across dynasties and integrates iconic characters from Tencent’s self – developed IPs to construct a cross – IP Gathering of Heroes framework. The gameplay merges the psychological warfare of Mafia – style deduction mechanics with strategic card – based tactics, emphasizing positioning, role synergy, and tactical decision – making.

As Tencent’s key initiative in socialized light – strategy gaming, the title leveraged the QQ platform for efficient distribution, achieving over 1 million daily active users (DAU) shortly after launch. It became one of the most representative titles in the social card game genre.
