“Su Yang Shi Guang” produced by Taihe All Things Cultural Media – a company certified by the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau – has been deep in the dietary wellness sector since 2018, building a massive online following through its unique content.

Structured around the traditional 24 Solar Terms, each episode showcases a seasonal vegetarian dish custom – designed by Professor Yang Zhimin’s expert team from the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on the ancient medical text The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Cannon. Featuring recipes ranging from tomato – oatmeal bowls for the Grain – in – Ear term to the Zhuang ethnic group’s Five – Color Bamboo Rice (an intangible cultural heritage element), each dish is annotated with its Traditional Chinese Medicine properties, such as nature, flavor, and meridian affinity. With over 30 episodes released, individual episode views have topped 100,000, attracting a loyal base of over 5 million wellness enthusiasts by making therapeutic dieting accessible and easy to adopt.
