“T-Guardians” Produced by Shenzhen Global Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. and co-directed by Shen Yu and Huang Yan, T-Guardianswas released nationwide in August 2017. The animated film tells the story of Mini-Tiger, a loyal doll who leads his toy army into the digital world to save his young owner from video game addiction, embarking on a fantastical adventure through virtual battlefields. Centered on the themes of companionship and growth, the story cleverly integrates video game mechanics with traditional Chinese martial arts elements. Through creative sequences like match-3 puzzle levels and bamboo forest battles atop wooden stakes, the film constructs a visual spectacle brimming with childlike wonder and Eastern aesthetic imagination.

The screenplay was awarded the ‘Most Promising Animated Screenplay’ at the 2015 China International Cartoon & Animation Festival’s Golden Monkey Awards and was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 2017 China Western Animation & Comics Festival’s New Light Awards—showcasing the team’s strong narrative vision and commitment to original Chinese animation.
