[ Brave the Spider Cave ] Is a dark ride attraction at Huai’an Journey to the West Theme Park in Jiangsu Province, the world’s first comprehensive theme park dedicated to the classic Chinese epic Journey to the West. Guests embark on an immersive adventure aboard multi-axis motion stunt vehicles, following Sun Wukong into the Spider Queen’s Cave. Through a seamless blend of physical sets and virtual elements, the ride recreates the perilous trials faced by the Tang Monk and his disciples as they confront spider and centipede demons along their pilgrimage, delivering a thrilling, high-intensity experience.

We were honored to handle the related audio work for this project. This encompassed sound effects design, multichannel special effects design, recording, mixing, and on-site audio calibration and tuning.
