“Luohu PSAs – Luo Xue’er” As the official spokesperson for the Luohu Community Home Network, Luo Xue’er’s public cultural volunteer service initiative was honored in 2015 as a “Guangdong Provincial Cultural Volunteer Service Demonstration Project.” It was the only selected project from Shenzhen and ranked first among the ten award-winning initiatives.

This public service campaign aims to respond to the call for promoting socialist cultural-ethical progress, enrich the cultural lives of community residents, and showcase Shenzhen’s cultural development achievements as well as the spiritual vibrancy of its citizens. At the same time, it strengthens the cultural industry development in Luohu District, shapes a distinctive cultural brand for Luohu, and fosters cultural exchange and communication across the Shenzhen region.

We were responsible for the related audio production, which encompassed sound effects design, original music composition, voice-over recording, and post-production mixing.
